1. See the sample and sample together for reference. Some companies provide very good templates, clear layers, and bright colors. It is necessary to explain here that the quality of the small sample does not mean that the quality of the paint must be good. Because some defects of the paint are easily overcome on the sample board, they will be exposed when the construction is large, such as impure color and obvious scratches. At this time, we should provide a small amount of raw material samples of acrylic paint, and finally judge the advantages and disadvantages of acrylic acid by observing non-solid samples.
2, smell the smell. Generally, there is a slight smell of ammonia, but it is not very irritating, which makes the eyes and eyes have obvious discomfort.
3. Observe its shape. Good paints have good fluidity, and the marks formed by sticking with sticks will heal quickly, while those of poor quality will have poor fluidity and will not heal quickly. Some inferior paints, like tofu, are very viscous and can hardly be poured out. Good paint texture is fine and uniform, while inferior quality has fine particles of different sizes and texture is rough. After the good paint is opened, there will be no water separation, and the inferior paint will preferentially analyze the water. This is an unreasonable macroscopic performance.
4. The quality of the acrylic stadium paint is not proportional to its consistency, that is, the thicker the paint, the better the quality. Because of the same material, just add a few dollars of thickener to increase the viscosity coefficient. In other words, a large consistency does not mean that its solid content is high. At the same solid content, the more thickeners, the thicker the coating, the more water is applied, the larger the area of the coating, the lower the acrylic content per unit area, and the coating may be used less, but problems The possibility is greater, such as stratification, peeling, etc., all due to low gel content.
5, look at the color. No matter what color, the color must be uniform, there must be no color difference, and the color should be shiny, vivid, and not dull. Because one color paint is basically configured with two or more color pastes, inferior acrylic paints often have uneven color dispersion and color mixing.
