Since the permeable floor mixture is relatively dry and hard, the well permeable floor and the good permeable floor material are laid on the roadbed and laid flat.
3. Vibrate: It should not be strongly vibrated or compacted during the pouring process. Generally, the plated vibrator is used to soften the flattened water-permeable concrete mixture, but it must be noted that the high-frequency vibrator cannot be used, otherwise it will make the concrete too dense to reduce the porosity and affect the water permeability. At the same time, the high-frequency vibrator will also separate the cement slurry from the surface of the coarse aggregate, and flow into the bottom to form an impervious layer, so that the material loses water permeability.
4. Rolling pressure: After vibrating, the solid steel pipe or light roller compactor should be used to compact and flatten the permeable concrete mix. Considering the consistency of the mixture and the surrounding temperature, it may take multiple rollings, but it should be noted. The roller must be cleaned before rolling to prevent sticking of the aggregate.
5, maintenance: permeable floor due to the existence of a large number of holes, easy to lose water, dry quickly, so maintenance is very important, especially early maintenance, we must pay attention to avoid large evaporation of water in the floor. Usually, the permeable concrete is demolished for a shorter time than ordinary concrete, so that the sides and edges of the permeable concrete are exposed to the air, and the plastic film or color strip cloth is used to cover the road surface and the side surface in time to ensure the humidity and the cement to fully hydrate. The permeable floor should be sprinkled and cured one day after pouring. It is not advisable to use a pressurized water column to directly rush the concrete surface when it is drenched. This will take away some cement slurry and cause some weak parts, but it can be directly from the normal situation. Water down. The watering and curing time of the permeable floor should be no less than 7 days.
